Applications

Construction Concrete

General-purpose concrete water-reducing agent (Type M water-reducing agent). Dosage: 0.25-0.3% based on cement weight. Water-reducing rate: 10-14%. It improves workability and compressive strength, and exhibits a retarding effect. It is suitable for mass concrete and summer construction and is often compounded with other water-reducing agents.

Refractory and Ceramic Industry

Refractories: Binder and dispersant that reduces cracking and enhances green body strength.
Ceramics: Improves slurry fluidity, lowers clay dosage and increases finished-product yield.

Mineral Powder and Smelting Pellets

Used for mineral powder briquetting. It binds iron ore and mineral fines into pellets for smelting to boost metal recovery. It is also used in coal briquetting.

Agricultural Sector

Feed-grade purified material: Pellet binder for animal feed that increases pellet hardness and reduces powder loss.
Binder for fertilizer granulation, dispersant for wettable powder pesticides and soil conditioner.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep bags tightly sealed and protected from moisture, rain, direct sunlight and heat sources.

Stack 25 kg bags off the floor and away from walls to reduce moisture absorption. Do not store with strong alkalis or strong oxidizing agents.

Slight caking may be crushed or dissolved before use without performance loss. Material with hard, severe lumps is not recommended for application.
